Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partners.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after they ship. A small number of orders may take up to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or address issues.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes)
$6.95 flat rate on orders under $50

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take 3 to 5 days for the tracking to show movement.

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will update it if the order has not shipped yet.

If a package is returned to us because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once the extra shipping cost is paid.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.
