We do our best to show colors and sizes accurately. Small differences can happen because of screen settings and fabric dye lots, and garment measurements in our Size Guide can vary by about 1 inch.

Pet Safety

Our pet carrier products are designed for cats and small dogs within the weight limits stated on each product page. Always stay with your pet while they are in a pouch or carrier, and do not use it while driving, cycling, cooking at a stove, or during any activity where a fall or heat could hurt your pet.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel orders we believe are fraudulent, with a full refund.
